For many years I have found solace in Morning & Evening Prayer. I use the Book of Common Prayer as my guide through the hours and the days and the seasons of life.
Here is a link to the online “Daily Office” which I use for prayer. I offer it to you. Perhaps you may find it to be helpful. It is a guide to scripture & prayer through all the hours of the day.

Of all the “hours” I think my favorite is Compline, at the close of the day. I am particularly fond of this prayer:
Keep watch, dear Lord, with those who work, or watch, or weep this night, and give your angels charge over those who sleep. Tend the sick, Lord Christ; give rest to the weary, bless the dying, soothe the suffering, pity the afflicted, shield the joyous; and all for your love’s sake. Amen.
