I have invited CJ Elizares to bring a word of greeting to Keawala’i tomorrow after worship at our Aloha Hour, to describe the work currently being done not far from out church constructing the hale pili you see pictured above. The hale build resumed today and will continue for eight more days. In an earlier post, I included a link that you can click to sign up to work on this exciting project.
Click here to hear CJ as he describes the intricate pilina (relationship) between the natural elements of sun, wind, rain, and clouds and the thriving ʻāina at Nāulu Farm. Kahoʻolawe is a part of the Honuaʻula Moku and plays a significant role in influencing sustaining life on the dry, leeward coast of Mākena.
Stay for the Aloha Hour after church tomorrow and meet CJ!
